Real-time display of messages of the CAN bus

CANinterpreter is a versatile monitoring tool for monitoring and recording data traffic and analyzing CAN networks. All messages transmitted on the CAN bus are displayed in real time and can be displayed in different modes/views/views. The optional recording of data traffic allows later offline analysis, which is particularly useful for detecting sporadic errors . Similarly, individual CAN messages or message sequences can be transferred to the network, for example to simulate nodes that are not yet present during the commissioning phase of a plant. The functionality of the CANinterpreter is already integrated in the standard version of the CANopen DeviceExplorer.

CANopen Interpreter
interprets CANopen messages according to their meaning. The data content is converted into a readable plain text format and thus enormously simplifies the diagnosis of CANopen networks.
CANinterpreter Script plug-in
The script extension is based on Javascript, which has been extended by CANopen-specific commands, for example for sending and receiving SDOs, PDOs and NMT messages. With the help of a graphical UI designer own user interfaces can be created, so that user specific test and control applications based on the script language can be realized.
